Sara asked how you do squats on the bike!! LOL! Umm, everyone probably calls them something different, and it's hard to describe, but it's when you crouch low on the bike, kind between the seat and the bar that the handlebars come off, and you pedal there, kind of placing all your weight on your quads - does that make sense? ... MAN, it HURTS!!!

I really know all about those- I haven't done them for ages- we do a lot where the weight goes over the seat and your butt gets a massive workout.
And you love your spin class Sarah? Are you crazy? LOL
In answer to your question on my blog, no, I'm not normally at the gym so much. If the challenge wasn't on, I'd be there a minimum of twice a week, and probably four or five times a week. Mind you, I'm single, have no children to look after, and the gym is less than 10 mins from home, so it's easy for me to fit the gym into my lifestyle.
